Before you book your next yoga retreat, consider fixing your energy leak.

A 4-week specialist's toolkit for yoga teachers who are tired of being exhausted and want to stand out on the studio schedule.

Continuing education provider. Yoga Alliance

Most teachers think the solution to burnout is more training or a vacation.

But more yoga doesn’t fix a lifestyle leak.

You don’t need another YTT.
You need a tool that helps you protect your energy while you teach and positions you as a teacher students remember.

Burnout isn’t solved by adding more.
It’s solved by changing how you operate.

Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, is not a side interest.

It is your professional edge.

Knowing the doshas is not just fascinating philosophy.

It’s how you start specialising in class themes, student patterns, and cues.

Ayurveda becomes your operating system.

Not a nice-to-know, but a professional survival strategy.

If you‘re looking for continuing education that doesn´t focus solely on improving your teaching skills and lets you start living Ayurveda right now, then you have come to the right place. This course shows you how to experience Ayurvedic practices personally and then adapt them for your classes.

The syllabus:

The Teacher’s Life (Restoring your energy, sleep, and rhythm).

Plug the energy leak:

Learn when and how to rest in ways that support nervous system recovery and doshic balance. Discover the Ayurvedic clock and how syncing your habits to nature improves energy, clarity, and calm.

Explore Agni, your inner fire, not just digestion, but the spark that governs focus, metabolism, and mental clarity. Learn how to rekindle energy when it’s blocked and how to recognize signs of burnout before they take hold.

Understand the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) as forces of nature within the body and mind. You’ll learn how they appear in your own life and how to observe them in others without needing to “diagnose” anyone.

Learn how Ayurveda explains healthy diet. You’ll receive a deeper understanding of how to create food routines that align with your body type.

The Teacher’s Craft

This is where you specialize. Learn how to recognize differnt patterns in students and support them through grounding, cooling, or energizing ways. Whether for private classes or seasonal themes, you’ll explore how to respond to Vata, Pitta, and Kapha with intentional asana, breath, and ritual — not to fix, but to attune. This is yoga guided by Ayurveda.

Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate and log 10 continuing education hours with Yoga Alliance.
