Based on the assessment, I will:
- Determine your body’s constitution
- Determine your mental constitution
- Determine imbalances and tendencies.
- Evaluate if you have much/ or little undigested food in your system.
- Specific dietary suggestions; Diet modification, quantity, what type of food, and when to eat.
- Herbs/ Formulation suggestions.
- Life rhythm guidelines (daily or seasonal).
- Suggest breathing techniques (Pranayama)
- Suggest Yoga asanas
