Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using my service. By enrolling in any of my classes, requesting my consultation on any matter, or otherwise requesting and/or using any of my services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

About the service
I offer Ayurveda consultation, individual consultation, courses and workshops, and Yoga classes and workshops.
Ayurveda: I graduated as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor from Kerala Ayurveda Academy in 2020.
Yoga: I finished Absolute Yoga 200 RYS teacher training from Absolute Yoga in Thailand in 2012. I also finished Hot Vinyasa teacher training levels II & III from The Barkan Method in 2014.
I am not a licensed healthcare worker. The Republic of Iceland does not license Ayurveda services and Yoga. Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine or alternative medicine system.
Prices for my services are VAT inclusive. [LSL1]
Online Private consultations take three weeks or less to deliver.
Health and medical disclaimer
You acknowledge that the information on the website and given in individual consultation and other courses are provided to my best knowledge and in good faith, under Yoga and Ayurveda theories and practices. However, I am not a licensed healthcare worker and do not promise or guarantee any physical or mental health improvements or changes. My services and the information I give are not intended or implied to serve as medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I recommend that you consult a doctor before using my service. If you have or suspect a health or medical problem, you should consult your doctor or therapist. The programs are not psychotherapy or curative treatment and are not intended to replace them.
Before individual consultation, I must be informed about all health issues, problems, impairments, and any illnesses, discomforts, allergies, and intolerances so that you can be protected from damage in the best possible way. You are always responsible that the information you provide is correct and to the best of your knowledge. You are also responsible for keeping the information up to date.
You are responsible for your health and safety at all times and are urged to practice caution while partaking in any of my events and individual consultations. It is your responsibility to inform me of any injury, illness, or conditions that may impact your ability to partake in any of my classes.
When you use any of my services, you acknowledge and agree that not all the benefits provided by Ayurvedic procedures and treatments are clinically proven.
General Terms
You must be of legal consenting age to use any of my services. The legal age in Iceland is 18 years of age.
By requesting, ordering, or enrolling in any of my services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Applicable fees will be invoiced starting from the day your services are established and in advance of using such services.
After enrolling in one of my classes, you can only participate once you have paid the applicable fees. After payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation from me that a place has been booked for you in the class.
We reserve the right to reject any application.
By participating in my events, you agree to abide by the general rules of conduct, including showing everyone in attendance common courtesy, consideration, and respect without discrimination.
Confidentiality
I undertake to keep my clients’ personal information in the strictest confidence during the services and after. I will not share any personal information or use them for any other purposes than the sole purpose of providing you with the services you request. Personal information will not be stored longer than necessary for said purpose. I follow the provisions of the law of Data Protection and the processing of Personal Data and relevant acts and rules.
Cancelation and Refund Policy
In the case of individual consultation, I uphold a strict no-refund policy.
Other types of workshops, courses, and other event cancelations must be made 24 hours before the start. If you cancel 24 hours before the workshop, course, or event start, you will get a credit that you can later use on my website. If you do not attend or cancel within 24 hours of the start time, you will be fully charged and will not receive credit.
Reserved rights
If there is any problem, I am entitled to exclude you from the event. Furthermore, I reserve the right to exclude anyone from any of my events, such as courses, workshops, or consultations, without having to give a reason.
I reserve the right to change the dates of group classes and other group events.
All recordings of sound, images, photography, and filming during classes or any events are prohibited or subject to my prior consent.
Inability to perform
Suppose I cannot perform an individual consultation or a course booked and paid for due to an emergency, illness, unexpected occurrence, or force major. In that case, you will get a new time and date for the consultation and/or course. If for whatever reason, the time and date do not suit you, a full refund will be refunded.
Use of Content
All material appearing on my site, except stated otherwise, is properties owned, or used under license, by me or my business and/or associate entities. Any use of these properties or any content on this site is strictly prohibited except as provided in these terms and conditions.
Law and Jurisdiction
All my operations and services fall under the jurisdiction of Icelandic law. These terms and conditions are subject to Icelandic law.
If a dispute arises from my services, the parties shall try their best to settle it honestly. If a settlement is not reached, the disagreement shall be settled before the District Court of Reykjavik (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
